"Cosmos" glasses by Saint-Louis

The Saint-Louis Cristallerie is not only famous for the skilled craftsmanship of its glasses, the company also understands how to combine tradition and innovation in an ingenious way. Over the years, the numerous inspired creations by well-known designers have set new standards in the international arena. In 1998, the renowned French designer Olivier Gagnère created a sensation with his magnificent glass range: “Cosmos“, which brings together modern style with the double-cased crystal technique of the almost five-hundred-year-old company. Refined: The engraved circles reflect the light in a thousand different ways. During the five-day production process of each glass, eight glass artists are involved in the creation of the shape and five in the achievement of its final polish.
