The porcelain service "Auréole – Clair de Lune" from Fuerstenberg is mysterious, magical and romantic all at the same time. The moon has fascinated humanity for hundreds of years. The magical gravitational force of the moon transforms itself on this high-quality porcelain into extraordinary compositions in 24-carat gold, black and white. Thanks to the different presentations of the moon, "Auréole – Clair die Lune" creates ever new "snapshots" that immerse each piece in a timeless light.

The "Clair de Lune" pattern splendidly builds on what provided the Korean ceramic master Kap-Sun Hwang with the inspiration for the basic "Auréole" form, namely the sun and moon. The shapes reflect classic to Asian styles. On the seemingly featherlight porcelain, the different phases of the moon are reflected. The centre of the plate is slightly raised – which also slightly raises the food served on them, thus clearly making it the focal point.

The elegant dinner service is from the Fuerstenberg manufactory in Lower Saxony, Germany’s second oldest porcelain producer.
