The "Il Viaggio di Nettuno" collection is dedicated to Greco-Roman mythology - in particular to Neptune, the Roman god of the sea, and his wife Salacia. Ginori developed "Il Viaggio di Nettuno" in collaboration with London-based interior designer Luke Edward Hall. Inspired by the designer’s love of Greco-Roman mythology, "Il Viaggio di Nettuno" represents his creative vision to combine classic and modern. The specific use of colors adds personality to the porcelain service.

"Colour is truly one of the things that always makes me happy", is a quote from the designer Luke Edward Hall. The creative world behind this dinnerware is dreamy, coherent and complete with a free use of colour. A universe made up of drawings entirely sketched and painted by hand, and then transferred to objects in porcelain. Richard Ginori’s signature gold rims decorate all pieces, adding a precious touch to the collection.

Ginori is a hallmark for fine quality porcelain from Italy, which is renowned for its extravagant and unusual shapes and colours. Even today every individual item is produced by hand in Italy by true masters of their craft.
