Unfortunately Gien is discontinuing the "Pont aux Choux Cream" table service. We offer you some remaining stocks.
The name "Pont aux Choux" is taken from a Paris bridge. The bridge used to be close to a company that used this distinctive "rice corn" design to decorate its porcelain. This design purchased from them by Gien Faience some years ago, now decorates this ecru-coloured faience lending it a certain rustic charm. Accentuating this impression are the lids of the soup tureen and dishes with their original artichoke heart shape. An alternative "Pont aux Choux" dinner service without the "rice corn" design is also available; see below the table.
