  • Limoges porcelain, refined with platinum
  • Suitable for the dishwasher but not for the microwave
The Limoges porcelain manufacturer Haviland created the "Couronne Impériale" dinner service in collaboration with "The Shangri-La" Hotel in Paris. The motif recalls aspects of the original interior furnishings of the hotel; "Couronne Impériale" pays tribute to the family of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The hotel was once the home of Prince Roland Bonaparte, the emperor’s great nephew.

Hand-painted in platinum, the graceful patterns are harmoniously highlighted on the white porcelain and include, among other motifs, the imperial crown. The design beautifully complements the regal style of the hotel.

If you wish, the presentation plates as well as the bread plates of the "Couronne Impériale" series can be personalised with your own initials. The letter is elegantly encircled by the crest. Please contact us.

Every piece of porcelain by Haviland is one of a kind, each formed and painted entirely by hand. Each and every work step is performed 100% in Limoges in France.
