"Riso no. 127" tumblers, size L by Rotter Glas

Colourful group: these tumblers from Carl Rotter prove that glass has what it takes to be regarded as art. These masterpieces not only provide an enticing play of colour, they also have a breath-taking design, which is the result of an elaborate production process. First of all the glasses are mouthblown, then they are covered in a layer of colour. The grinder adds the rice-corn motifs by hand in a series of intricate steps. At 11 centimetres in height, these beauties make good water glasses or vases. The tumblers pictured here are available in light blue, light green and pink. Additional colours are illustrated below.
