"Mondial" tumblers by Theresienthal

Theresienthal’s wafer-thin "Mondial" tumblers are all mouth-blown and one of a kind. The design for the "Mondial" glass series was the idea of the English photo artist and painter Michael Tummings. With their organic patterns and shapes, as well as soft hues, these glasses express Tummings’ enthusiasm for the traditional craft of glass blowing.

Each "Mondial" tumbler from Theresienthal is mouth-blown and covered with a coat of coloured glass. Skilled glass artists then add the numerous lens-shaped cuts during an elaborate manual process. The crystal glass manufacturer Theresienthal has been producing perfectly finished mouth-blown glass for more than 170 years.
