Crafted with Passion – The Story of Eri Textiles
Erika Lassen was fascinated by embroidered tablecloths and textiles from an early age. In 1995 she turned her passion into a profession and founded Eri Textiles. From her studio in Seefeld, Bavaria, she designs, produces, and ships her hand-embroidered table linen all over the world. This makes Eri Textiles one of the few ateliers of hand-embroidered table linen in the world, a unique and exquisite speciality for passionate hosts.
Quality Down to the Last Detail – The Craftsmanship of Eri Textiles
Millimetre by millimetre. All Eri Textiles embroideries are handcrafted, from the fine preliminary drawings to the selection of yarns and the countless stitches used to create the motifs. Depending on the collection, the coloured embroideries are made up of up to 16 different coloured yarns to reproduce the lifelike designs. Creative, elegant, precise – linen at its best.
As the canvas for its embroideries, Eri Textiles uses linen from Belgium and Italy certified with the Masters of Linen label. This label guarantees that the linen is produced in Europe, from the flax field to the finished fabric.
