The manufacturer, headquartered in Prague, was founded by Karen Feldman ten years ago. Feldman knows how to combine traditional Czech glass craftsmanship with innovative design ideas. Young and fresh would be an appropriate way to sum up her "Herringbone" glassware. The intricately cut glasses are manufactured by hand and their perfectly executed shapes and modern zigzag patterns are entrancing.

From the molten start to polished finish, all Artel glass is manufactured completely by hand. Each glass is mouthblown and thus unique. The fine air bubbles trapped in the glass are proof of the manual production and underline the individual character of the crystal glasses.
