The splendour of Art Deco for the modern table. The "Louxor" tumblers by Baccarat date back to a jewellery collection from 1933, when Egyptian ornaments were dominating the art world. The lower half of the crystal glasses are decorated with three rows of brilliant crystal pyramids. The perfectly smooth surface of the upper half gives the pyramid cut a canvas for complex reflections. The timelessly modern drinking glasses are available as a set of two packaged in a Baccarat gift box.
In 1933, during the heyday of Art Deco, designer Georges Chevalier created the "Louxor" jewellery collection for Baccarat, inspired by ancient Egypt. In 2023, the artist and designer Thomas Bastide reinterpreted the collection for modern sensibilities. The emblem of the collection is the pyramid-shaped bevel cut, which can be found on every piece. Discover vases, glassware, carafes and other objects that bathe everyday life in the brilliant light of the House of Baccarat.
