All pieces in the collection follow a strict size system with five product groups for highly efficient stackability. Perfect geometry, finished to the millimetre – innovative craftsmanship of the highest standard, made in Germany.

The sleek industrial design of the "Datum" tableware collection was created in close collaboration between Fuerstenberg and Foster + Partners. The globally active architecture and design firm conceived "Datum" according to the core principle of pure geometry and functionality, down to the smallest detail. All parts are interrelated; every arrangement creates new formal harmonies. The classic, glossy glaze accentuates the unique texture and colour of the pure porcelain.

Discover a new dimension for presenting, serving and storing: The stackable plates, cups and bowls allow food to be arranged vertically. The simple elegance of the collection brings the artistic presentation of your culinary creations into focus. For quick clearing and storing, the plates fit like lids on the bowls with the same diameter. Whether in star gastronomy or on the domestic cooker, "Datum" meets the demands of daily use.

Remarkable novelties in the collection are the French Press coffee maker and the double-walled thermo mug. Both are made entirely of porcelain. The perfectly straight inner walls of the French Press and the wafer-thin double walls of the thermo mug are masterpieces of craftsmanship that can only be realised through absolute precision. Cleaning:
White Fürstenberg porcelain without decoration, as well as most (multicoloured) decorations, are dishwasher safe. Porcelain with precious metal is suitable for the dishwasher, but hand wash is recommended. Hand-painted decorations should only be washed by hand. Handwash porcelain with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Be careful not to use the abrasive side, it may damage the surface of the decorations.

When using the dishwasher, choose a low-temperature cycle and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. Keep pieces separate in the dishwasher and allow the steam to escape after the program has finished.

Avoid temperature shocks. To avoid friction when stacking, we recommend using intermediate layers (e.g. "Artedona" plate dividers).

Microwave:
Pieces without gold or platinum decoration: microwave safe.
Pieces with gold or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to high precious metal content.
