Four shapes and six different colour choices – the Viennese design studio EOOS has created a universal and modern tableware for the German porcelain manufacturer Fuerstenberg. The complete set includes a dinner plate, a side plate or dessert plate, a bowl and a mug. The six colours are derived from nature and from natural phenomenon, e.g. lava, snow, water, moss and earth. One element connects the individual pieces: all of them are matt and grooved on the outside and on the inside shiny and smooth.
Producing the double walls of the hollowware demands great precision on the part of the porcelain artists at Fuerstenberg. The double walls make it possible to hold hot cups of coffee or bowls of soup without a handle. Precision is also required for the fine grooves on the outside, which serve a decorative purpose.
"Omnia" by Fürstenberg was awarded with the reddot design award 2016. The statement by the jury was: "Based on a high degree of craftsmanship, these creations emerge as elegant, timeless tableware that is appealing to both the touch and the eye."

Cleaning:
White Fürstenberg porcelain without decoration, as well as most (multicoloured) decorations, are dishwasher safe.
Porcelain with precious metal is suitable for the dishwasher, but hand wash is recommended. Hand-painted decorations should only be washed by hand.
Handwash porcelain with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Be careful not to use the abrasive side, it may damage the surface of the decorations.
When using the dishwasher, choose a low-temperature cycle and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. Keep pieces separate in the dishwasher and allow the steam to escape after the program has finished.
Avoid temperature shocks. To avoid friction when stacking, we recommend using intermediate layers (e.g. "Artedona" plate dividers).
Microwave:
Pieces without gold or platinum decoration: microwave safe.
Pieces with gold or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to high precious metal content.
