Dare to dive into the unknown. The limited "Abyss" vase is the first new creation by the Czech glass manufacturer Moser under the leadership of the new Creative Director Jan Plecháč. Strict geometric shapes and perfectly straight lines contrast with a round, organically shaped interior that shines gently through the solid, aquamarine-blue crystal glass. The surfaces of the vase are meticulously handcrafted with a flawless satin finish with an otherworldly shimmer. The power of the ocean captured in eternal crystal – an invitation to take on any challenge and rise above.
The seven-kilogram vase is blown from a single 22-kilogram piece of molten glass. The interior is created organically by the lung power of the glassblower alone, a testament to raw physical strength and willpower. Only Moser's master glassblower is capable of this herculean task. That is why just 12 pieces can be produced each year. The collection is limited to 99 pieces.
