By experts for experts. The "Les Couteaux d'Orfèvre" cheese knives by Puiforcat continue the collection of food preparation knives of the same name. When designing the collection, designer Gabriele Pezzini drew on the infinite expertise of Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire, the virtuoso master of nouvelle cuisine. Their collaboration resulted in the ultimate combination of form and function, realised in impeccable craftsmanship.
The collection includes three essential knives for every cheese-aficionado. Each knife is perfectly matched to one of the basic types of cheese: an almond-shaped knife for dry cheese such as Parmesan, a curved knife with a serving tip for semi-firm cheese and a knife with a supple, wide blade for soft and creamy cheese.
All knives in the "Les Couteaux d'Orfèvre" collection are made in specialised ateliers in France from solid stainless steel and walnut wood. Clean the knives by hand to preserve the beauty of the wooden handles. The knives are available individually or as a set in a Puiforcat gift box.
