Anja Kragh Vang designed the "Flora" collection in 2012 as a tribute to the legendary "Flora Danica" dinner service. The original from 1790 is still in use today at state banquets at Christiansborg Palace. The modern update "Flora" by Royal Copenhagen combines nature-like illustrations with monochrome drawings for a high artistic standard. Together with the elegantly simple shapes of the plates, cups and bowls, the collection is a refined expression of cheerful serenity. Dandelion, magnolia, pansy, iris, rhododendron - express yourself with your favourite flowers.
