"Paraiso" from Sieger by Fürstenberg is like a journey to a place you long to visit – a homage to the beauty of the earth, the richness of nature and the diversity of cultures. With imaginative designs and lots of colour, the dinnerware brings all the world’s continents to the table. Asian peonies are paired with traditional Mallorcan weave patterns, Portuguese-inspired designs or tropical plants.
The extravagant "Paraiso" dinnerware is a creation arising from the collaboration between the designer Michael Sieger and the porcelain manufacturer Fürstenberg. The shape of the individual pieces is based on the "My China" dinnerware line and can be wonderfully combined with it. All the items of the service can be used in a very versatile way and in different combinations – thanks to a finely coordinated system of sizes, shapes and dimensions.
Michael Sieger says about the dinner service: "Paraiso is a journey across all continents, a very personal arrangement of patterns, shapes and colours. Like favourite items that we collect, bring back from our travels, and that remain dear to us." Designed as standalone pieces, the plates, cups and bowls can be combined in constantly new ways. Cleaning:
White Fürstenberg porcelain without decoration, as well as most (multicoloured) decorations, are dishwasher safe.
Porcelain with precious metal is suitable for the dishwasher, but hand wash is recommended. Hand-painted decorations should only be washed by hand.
Handwash porcelain with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Be careful not to use the abrasive side, it may damage the surface of the decorations.
When using the dishwasher, choose a low-temperature cycle and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. Keep pieces separate in the dishwasher and allow the steam to escape after the program has finished.
Avoid temperature shocks. To avoid friction when stacking, we recommend using intermediate layers (e.g. "Artedona" plate dividers).
Microwave:
Pieces without gold or platinum decoration: microwave safe.
Pieces with gold or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to high precious metal content.
