Fluen - White by Fürstenberg

The collaboration between Fürstenberg and the international designer Alfredo Häberli has created the "Fluen" porcelain line. "Fluen" is distinctive because of its elegantly fluid design. Modest, reserved shapes are matched with more distinctive individual features. Precision and poetry are combined in "Fluen" to create a universal dinner service which looks well able to perform its task. As a result, this elegant collection from manufacturer Fuerstenberg displays all the qualities required of both timeless and modern porcelain.

Alongside the universal white porcelain, there are also the two decorated collections "Fluen - Fine Lines" and "Fluen - Shifting Colors". "Fluen - Fine Lines" is a very elegant design with fine coloured lines which enhance and underpin the fluid shapes. "Fluen - Shifting Colors" is a coloured but subtle decor based on coloured areas which overlap each other to produce and create new colours.

Cleaning:
White Fürstenberg porcelain without decoration, as well as most (multicoloured) decorations, are dishwasher safe. Porcelain with precious metal is suitable for the dishwasher, but hand wash is recommended. Hand-painted decorations should only be washed by hand. Handwash porcelain with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Be careful not to use the abrasive side, it may damage the surface of the decorations.

When using the dishwasher, choose a low-temperature cycle and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. Keep pieces separate in the dishwasher and allow the steam to escape after the program has finished.

Avoid temperature shocks. To avoid friction when stacking, we recommend using intermediate layers (e.g. "Artedona" plate dividers).

Microwave:
Pieces without gold or platinum decoration: microwave safe.
Pieces with gold or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to high precious metal content.
