Gien’s classic "Rocaille" is now available in pure white. Please note that the ecru-coloured version of "Rocaille" will be discontinued at the end of 2015 so that of the two only "Rocaille White" will be available.
The "Rocaille" dinnerware from the Fayencerie de Gien is a romantic interpretation of the country house style that offers an impressive interplay of relief motifs and artistically curved handles. The original "Rocaille" design dates back to the eighteenth century. Faience is a fine, porous earthenware which is tin-glazed and then fired repeatedly.
