White Coral by Nymphenburg

The "White Coral" dinner service from the Nymphenburg porcelain manufactory is one of Ted Muehling's most ingenious designs. With this concept, the New York designer demanded the utmost skill from the Munich porcelain artists. Inspired by the sensuous appearance of sun-bleached coral, Muehling created these wafer-thin plates. The edges are partially pierced and "broken" (irregular). Ted Muehling was only able to dare this porcelain experiment with the help of the experienced craftsmen of the Nymphenburg porcelain manufactory. Using high-quality techniques dating back to the eighteenth century, these experts are still hand-manufacturing Europe's finest porcelain.
This dinner service can be combined with numerous other pieces from the Ted-Muehling collection, such as the coral votives, or the snail-shaped salt and pepper shakers. A real highlight is the red coral caviar spoon - an enchanting splash of colour in the midst of the pure white porcelain. Further accessories from this collection can be found below.
