A successful symbiosis of versatility and flexibility best describe the concept used for the dinner service "My China" from Sieger by Fürstenberg. The white porcelain is a design by Michael Sieger for the German porcelain manufacturer Fürstenberg.

Thanks to a system of finely coordinated sizes, shapes and measurements, all the pieces can be used in a wide variety of ways and combinations. This makes it possible to produce a never-ending array of new and surprising arrangements.

The base of the cylindrical bowls has been designed, for example, to fit exactly into the centre of the rimmed plates, while the cloches can be combined with the rimmed plates as well as the cylindrical and round bowls and - when turned upright - can serve as bowls, too.
The mid-sized plate fits exactly on the dinner and presentation plate and can also be used as a saucer for the milk jug and sugar bowl.
