The designer Pierre Charpin and Saint-Louis have created together the modern glassware collection "Cadence". "Cadence" is a tribute to the virtuosity of glassmakers and to the emblematic craftsmanship of the crystal glass manufactory. The geometry of the lines is at the heart of this collection, suggesting an "encounter" or a "meeting".
The precise lines bring the glasses to life. In the "Cadence" glass collection, the horizontal lines emphasize the liquids in the glasses. The shape of the glasses was designed for everyday use, although they are made of the noble material crystal glass. The short foot of the stemware is the best example of this.
Saint-Louis is a crystal glass manufactory in the spirit of the times, a balanced mix of tradition and innovation, always inspired by modern artistic trends. Today, Saint-Louis uses the imagination and talent of designers to create new uses for the world of crystal. For a perfect result in the end, it takes years of experience of Saint-Louis glassblowers and glass cutters.
