"Stella" glass, no. 1 by Saint-Louis

The stars lend these "Stella" glasses their name. Their zigzag shape and dinner-table sparkle testify to a particularly inspired idea from the designers of Saint-Louis Crystal. The design fans out from the foot of the glass – and, as if to underline this motion, the bowls of the "Stella" glasses also open up wide.
The glassware is mouthblown and cut by hand at the renowned Saint-Louis crystal glassworks. The "Stella" glasses are also available with a gleaming gold or platinum band around the foot.

It is recommended to clean by hand with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Place glasses on a paper towel, allow to drip dry, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Do not put products with gold or platinum decorations in the dishwasher, do not use white vinegar and dry thoroughly; do not use abrasive materials, bleach, or rubber.

Clean carafes and pitchers with lukewarm water; do not allow wine to stand. To remove tannin or limescale deposits, use equal parts white vinegar and lukewarm water. Place a paper towel in the neck to dry.

Pre-warm tea glasses and pre-chill ice buckets to avoid temperature shock.

Important note for candle holders: To avoid thermal shock, change the candle when the flame is 6cm away from the crystal. It is recommended to use a candle snuffer.
