Tasting with a twist. The "Twist 1586" glass collection by Saint-Louis is a sophisticated range of uncomplicated tasting glasses for wine and spirit connoisseurs of all levels. Working with wine expert Michel Bettane and master distiller Nicolas Julhès, the French crystal glass maker has created glasses that simply and intuitively categorise wines and spirits according to their age, rather than traditional classifications.
For wines, the collection offers one glass each for young wine, mature wine and champagne. Similarly, the range offers a glass for young spirits under eight years old, mature spirits over eight years old, and one glass for liqueur wines and sake. A water tumbler, a decanter for wine, and a carafe for spirits complete the collection.
Each glass in the collection has been specially designed to enhance the sensory experience of tasting. From the Venetian ribs, that enhance clarity and colour, to the extra-long stems, which invite swirling and play, every detail of the glasses is meticulously crafted. Follow your intuition and discover the joy of tasting with the incomparable crystal glasses from Saint-Louis.

It is recommended to clean by hand with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Place glasses on a paper towel, allow to drip dry, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do not put products with gold or platinum decorations in the dishwasher, do not use white vinegar and dry thoroughly; do not use abrasive materials, bleach, or rubber.
Clean carafes and pitchers with lukewarm water; do not allow wine to stand. To remove tannin or limescale deposits, use equal parts white vinegar and lukewarm water. Place a paper towel in the neck to dry.
Pre-warm tea glasses and pre-chill ice buckets to avoid temperature shock.
Important note for candle holders: To avoid thermal shock, change the candle when the flame is 6cm away from the crystal. It is recommended to use a candle snuffer.
