The small silverplated tray from Christofle is adorned with the famous "Jardin d’Eden" pattern. The Dutch designer Marcel Wanders thought up this successful design for Christofle. Stylised plants, leaves and floral motifs trail across the tray displaying the product line’s hallmark pattern. In the middle is the collection’s familiar apple symbol. Designer Marcel Wanders uses this symbol to refer to the forbidden fruit and the tale of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
