"Ecume White" caviar bowl, lid with platinum-plated sturgeon by Bernardaud

The "Ecume" caviar bowls from Bernardaud make savouring caviar a very special experience. Together with the French gourmet company Petrossian, the Limoges porcelain manufacturer Bernardaud has created these extravagant "Ecume" caviar bowls. "Ecume" from Bernardaud displays invitingly attractive structures which you will want to touch. The sea provided the inspiration for the fine Limoges porcelain design. Or more precisely, the traces left behind by the waves on the fine sandy beach.

Custom-fit for the "Ecume" caviar bowls are Petrossian’s 30g and 50g blue caviar containers. These can be placed in the centre of the caviar bowl and covered with a cloche lid. The lid is also made of Limoges porcelain. Enthroned on the lid is a white, gold- or platinum-plated sturgeon. The Ecume caviar dishes come without caviar. Naturally, you can also put the caviar directly into the "Ecume" bowl from Bernardaud and present it effectively under the cloche lid. The diameter for the caviar is exactly 6.8 cm.

Cleaning:
You can clean your porcelain by hand using a soft sponge and mild dishwashing liquid. However, be careful not to use the abrasive side of the sponge, as it may scratch or damage the surface of the decorations, especially gold or platinum.

Your porcelain is also perfectly safe for the dishwasher. Choose a low-temperature cycle and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. If you do not wash the porcelain immediately (by hand or in the dishwasher), we recommend rinsing it with warm water. Make sure that the pieces do not touch each other in the dishwasher.

Microwave:
Pieces without gold, silver, or platinum decoration: microwave safe.
Pieces with gold, silver, or platinum decoration: not suitable for the microwave, as Bernardaud uses a high percentage of precious metals in these designs.
