Imaginative, eye-catching and a masterpiece of artistic handcraftsmanship: this hedgehog fish of white bisque porcelain from the respected Nymphenburg porcelain manufacturer is not necessarily a true image of its counterpart in nature. The design plays instead with the exotic themes of the tropics. The result is a particularly impressive porcelain artwork. The six-centimetre high hedgehog fish was actually designed by Luise Terletzki-Scherk for the porcelain master craftsmen from Nymphenburg back in 1958.
