The "Juniper wood" pocket knife sports matt stainless steel bolsters at both ends of the handle, and the juniper wood itself has a particularly attractive grain.
The "Juniper wood" pocket knife from Forge de Laguiole has a particularly sharp blade, which does not rust and is easy to sharpen. That is possible because the cutlers use T12 steel for the blade – a steel which was specially developed for this purpose. It is a process which ensures a particularly smooth edge and a slim blade. Each knife is handcrafted by one single master craftsman from start to finish.
