The "Tommy" candleholder from Saint-Louis makes a wonderful gift idea for fans of fine crystal glass objects. In fact, three of the famous Saint-Louis techniques are used for the different shaped candleholders: facet, lens and diamond cut.
"Tommy" from Saint-Louis made its historical "coming out" during a dinner which took place in Versailles in 1928. On the occasion of a visit by King George VI, each guest in the mirrored dining room of Versailles Palace sat down at a place-setting which included eleven glasses from the "Tommy" glassware. The guests were delighted. These "Tommy" candleholders beautifully complement the "Tommy" collection from Saint-Louis.
