The Chef de Cuisine who has received eleven Michelin stars naturally knows what makes a good knife. The Frenchman has invested all this know-how and also his aesthetic preferences in his namesake knife from Puiforcat.
The blades are forged of high-quality stainless steel; the handles are made of sturdy palisander wood.
