Lace edge and blue shell ornaments: The "Blue Fluted Half Lace" dinnerware is a decorative variation of Royal Copenhagen's classic "Blue Fluted" pattern - in addition to the famous blue and white decor, the series features an elegant lace edge with delicate shell ornaments. A second glance reveals another beautiful detail: all lids of the porcelain "Blue Fluted Half Lace" decorate fine, stylized snail shells.

The blue and white porcelain service was developed in the late 19th century. Like all lines from Royal Copenhagen, the plates, bowls, jugs and plates from "Blue Fluted Half Lace" are elaborately painted by hand. A special feature is the cobalt blue pigment of Royal Copenhagen. The blue colour can withstand extremely high temperatures and is applied before final glazing and firing. This process makes the decors and porcelain more robust. The dinnerware can be put into the dishwasher without any problems.

Tip: Combine individual parts of "Blue Fluted Half Lace" with the "Blue Fluted Plain", "Blue Fluted Full Lace" and "Blue Fluted Mega" lines. All decors are cobalt blue and can be mixed harmoniously.
