He was elected "World's Best Chef" in 2002, and his restaurant in Nappa Valley has gained a reputation that extends far beyond the Californian state line. To provide a fitting setting on which to present all his different masterpieces from amuse gueule to dessert, Keller joined up with the French porcelain manufacturer Raynaud to create his own set of china. The result, this elegant white dinner service made of finest Limoges porcelain, displays clear, modern lines and many sophisticated details. Cleaning:
Clean your porcelain by hand using a soft sponge and mild dishwashing liquid. However, be careful not to use the abrasive side, as it may damage the surface of the decorations, especially gold or platinum.
Your porcelain is also perfectly safe for the dishwasher. Choose a low-temperature cycle and do not exceed the recommended amount of detergent. If you do not wash the porcelain immediately (by hand or in the dishwasher), we recommend rinsing it with warm water. Make sure that the pieces do not touch each other in the dishwasher and allow the steam to escape after the program has finished.
Avoid temperature shocks. To avoid friction when stacking, we recommend using intermediate layers (e.g. "Artedona" plate dividers).
Microwave:
Pieces without gold or platinum decoration: microwave safe.
Pieces with gold or platinum decoration: not suitable for microwave use due to high precious metal content.
