Naturally, the "Coral" bookends from L’Objet have everything they need to do their job: a heavy base and a long back for the first book in the row to lean against. Nevertheless, the "Coral" bookends from L’Objet look more like works of art. Rising from the gold-plated bronze base, the "coral", which Mother Nature herself could not have shaped more beautifully, extends its branches that seem to undulate as if the sea water is slowly flowing through them.
The characteristic colour of the "Coral" bookends from l’Objet is produced by the brilliant, red gem stones which cover the surface of the bookends.
The love for Mediterranean countries is what inspired the designer of the American L’Objet brand to create these beautiful bookends.
