"Blue" topiary & trimming shear by Burgon & Ball

Small topiary shear with light blue handles manufactured by Burgon & Ball, a company with a long tradition in the manufacture of fine garden tools. This kind of shear was originally used for sheep shearing. The self-sharpening blades are made of high-carbon steel and produce an exact cut.
