Infinite pyramids of light. The "Louxor" rectangular vase by Baccarat is a contemporary reinterpretation of a design from 1933, when Egyptian ornaments informed the art world. The slender silhouette of the vase is covered in brilliant crystal pyramids, an impressive demonstration of Baccarat's renowned diamond and bevel cuts. A vertical fluting pattern on the inside lends even more complexity and depth to the reflections in the crystal glass. With its brilliant sparkle, the vase transforms inventive bouquets of flowers into kaleidoscopic compositions of light and color.

In 1933, during the heyday of Art Deco, designer Georges Chevalier created the "Louxor" jewellery collection for Baccarat, inspired by ancient Egypt. In 2023, the artist and designer Thomas Bastide reinterpreted the collection for modern sensibilities. The emblem of the collection is the pyramid-shaped bevel cut, which can be found on every piece.
