The small French town of Laguiole in Auvergne is famous for its highly skilled cutlers. The Forge de Laguiole company produced this wonderful 24-piece cutlery set comprising of six spoons, forks, knives and coffee spoons. The handles are made of beautifully grained Thuya wood. All of the individual pieces of cutlery have a shiny stainless steel finish. The decorative bee and the beautiful engraving on the back of the knife demonstrate the special talent and heritage of the Languiole craftsmen. The 24-piece cutlery set from Forge de Laguiole is delivered in a high-quality wooden box.
The non-rust, easy-to-sharpen blade is first forged and then hardened with T12 stainless steel. That ensures the blade stays sharp for a prolonged period. All of the Forge de Laguiole cutlery has a good strong feel. Please note: the knives from Forge de Laguiole are not pocket knives and can not be snapped shut.
